SO WHAT'S THE PROBLEM?
According to interviews, most people knew of the app but did not use it or gave up using after a while.
we think its vital to find out what is the issue so locals can use this app to better support them in their journey to a healthier lifestyle.
WE HAD THE FOLLOWING ASSUMPTIONS
We believe that Singaporean working millennials aged between 28-43 are not motivated to exercise due to lack of time, fatigue, or commitments etc.
People need clearly laid out goals setting and progress tracking.
People are motivated to exercise when there are extrinsic factors such as rewards - earn money, gets vouchers.
People want to be able to tailor motivational strategies to specific needs and preferences can enhance the motivators (Personalized Approach)
